Can anyone use this site?

This is a trade only site for businesses who intend to buy our products for resale. We do not sell individual items to members of the public.

To view prices of all our products you need to have a registered account. To register for an account please click on the registration link provided at the top of the homepage and complete the new customer registration form. Your account should be activated within 24 hours.

Is there a Minimum Order Quantity?

There are no minimum order quantities.

Can anyone use our images in their publications & websites?

Yes. Once you are a registered trade user you can access all of our product images in Trade Resources area of the website, alternatively you can contact us enquiries@libertyhouetoys.co.uk.

Can I receive a catalogue ?

You can view our latest e-catalogue by using the E-CATALOGUE link at the top of the homepage. If you are a retailer who would like to set up an account with us, please register by using the registration link at the top of the homepage.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship all over Europe. You will be responsible for all shipping costs, duties and fees.

Can I have Next Day delivery on my order? 

Yes, this is only available on UK Mainland orders. You can select this option at the bottom of your basket page and it will add an additional £5 to the standard delivery charge applicable on your order. However, please note the cut off time for Next Day delivery is 3pm, if you choose this option after 3pm, your order will be dispatched the next working day.

Can I add additional details to my order?

Yes. Please add any additional information including any further contact details in the Order Notes box provided at the bottom of the checkout page.

Parts, Replacements & Returns

We hope that you/your customers never have to return any of our products but if it is necessary here are a few things to keep in mind. When the order arrives, all packages should be checked for damage or carton shortages. If there is anything damaged or missing make a note of them. Email our Customer Service Department at customer.services@libertyhousetoys.co.uk and we will be happy to resolve the matter. Please have your packing slip available when you call.

How do I sign up to your Newsletter?

When you register for an account with us you have the option to opt in to our newsletters at the bottom of the registration page. If you don’t tick this initially and wish to subscribe after you account has been approved you can activate this in your account settings under newsletter preferences.

How do I unsubscribe to any mailings?

If you wish to unsubscribe to our newsletter or any future mailings please log in to the website and go to your account. You can delete your email address under newsletter preferences and click save. This will remove you from our mailing list. You can go back at any time and just add your email address back in to subscribe.

Where can I get a new copy of the product instructions? 

We are currently working to provide a downloadable copy of our product instructions at the bottom of each product page, and these will be available to view once you are logged in. Alternatively, please contact customer.services@libertyhousetoys.co.uk and we will be happy to provide these.
