Is there a Minimum Order Quantity?

There are no minimum order quantities.

Can anyone use our images in their publications & websites?

Are Guidecraft products safe for children?

Yes. Guidecraft Inc. prides itself on forty years of manufacturing quality products that put children first. They design and test their products to meet or exceed mandatory safety standards set forth by the Consumer Product Safety Commission and the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act of 2008.

They batch test their paints prior to production for the presence of heavy metals, test all products through independent US based third party testing laboratories, and have increased both their overseas and domestic testing protocols and quality assurance systems to provide you with a safe, durable, and lasting product that will bring your customers years of enjoyment.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship all over Europe for both Trade Customers and also Dropship customers. You will be responsible for all shipping costs, duties and fees.

We hope that you/your customers never have to return any of our products but if it is necessary here are a few things to keep in mind. When the order arrives, all packages should be checked for damage or carton shortages. If there is anything damaged or missing make a note of them. Email our Customer Service Department at customerservices@libertyhousetoys.co.uk and we will be happy to resolve the matter. Please have your packing slip available when you call.
